Celtic Music

The Scottish Irish Festival in Valley Forge has come and gone, but there are still plenty of chances to hear live Celtic Music in the weeks ahead.

On Friday, March 8th you can celebrate St Patrick’s early while supporting public libraries, at Pottstown Public Library’s Celtic Concert featuring Charlie Zahm. The concert begins at 7 p.m. Tickets are available now, and at the door the night of the concert; $12 for adults, $8 for ages 5-12 – refreshments included.

The following night, on Saturday, March 9th, the Celtic Traditional Band Burning Bridget Cleary is performing in Barto at Landhaven at 8 p.m. Tickets are $20., free refreshments, BYOB

And every Sunday, during brunch from 11 a.m.  1p.m., and every third Thursday, from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m., one can hear live traditional Celtic music at McCarthy’s Tea Room in Bethlehem.
